Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bundable application (“the App”), developed and maintained by Sovi Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Bundable is a Shopify application that allows merchants to create product bundles with customizable pricing, discounts, and inventory management. The App operates as an embedded Shopify application with a storefront bundle builder page delivered through Shopify’s app proxy system.
2. Subscription and Billing
Bundable is offered as a paid subscription through the Shopify App Store. All billing is managed by Shopify and appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
- Standard Plan (Monthly): $24.99 per month
- Standard Plan (Annual): $249.90 per year
- Free Trial: 14 days from the date of installation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. If you uninstall mid-billing cycle, you may see one final charge on your Shopify invoice. No further charges will occur after uninstallation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of creating and managing product bundles on your Shopify store. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable law or Shopify’s Terms of Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure or other users’ access
4. Infrastructure and Hosting
The App is hosted on Render (render.com) with data stored in Neon PostgreSQL databases (neon.tech). Both services are located in the United States. We rely on these third-party providers for uptime and data security, and they maintain their own compliance certifications.
5. Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to maintain high availability of the App. However, as with any software service:
- The App may experience downtime for scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or platform migrations
- Shopify platform changes may occasionally affect App functionality, requiring updates on our end
- Third-party service outages (Shopify, Render, Neon) may temporarily impact the App
We will make reasonable efforts to notify merchants of planned maintenance that may affect service availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Sovi Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business, or data
- Sovi Apps shall not be liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, infrastructure migrations, platform updates, or third-party service outages
- Sovi Apps shall not be liable for any loss of sales or revenue that may occur during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
You acknowledge that operating a software service involves periodic updates, migrations, and maintenance, and that brief interruptions may occur. You agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining your own business continuity plans.
7. Data and Your Content
You retain ownership of all data associated with your Shopify store. The App accesses your store data (products, orders, collections) solely to provide bundling functionality. We store bundle configurations, order records, and related data as necessary to operate the App. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and storage.
8. Data Retention and Uninstallation
Upon uninstallation, your shop record is marked as inactive. Bundle configurations and order history are retained in our database to support re-installation. You may request permanent deletion of all your data by contacting support@soviapps.com.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Support
We provide email support Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm EST. For assistance, contact support@soviapps.com. Support covers App functionality, configuration, and bug resolution. Support does not cover third-party app integrations or custom theme development.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
