At Bundable, we value every merchant that gives us a try. We understand there are moments when you might need a break from offering bundles, whether due to seasonal changes or other reasons.

What Happens When You Uninstall

If you choose to uninstall Bundable, here’s what you should know:

  • Your shop account is marked as inactive in our system
  • Your bundle configurations, order history, and display settings are retained in our database so that if you reinstall, your data can be restored
  • No further charges will be applied after uninstallation

Re-Installing Bundable

If you decide to come back, your previous bundle configurations and order history may still be available. Please contact our support team at support@soviapps.com to discuss restoring your data upon re-installation.

Requesting Data Deletion

If you would like all of your data permanently removed from our systems, please send a request to support@soviapps.com. We will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.

This policy is in place to comply with Shopify’s guidelines on data management and privacy. We prioritize your data security.

Where Is My Data Stored?

All data is stored securely in our PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (neon.tech) in the AWS US East (Ohio) region. Application services are hosted on Render (render.com) in the United States.
