Discount Not Applied at Checkout
If you notice that the discount is not appearing at checkout for your bundle, here are the most common reasons and fixes.
1. Discount Threshold Not Met
If your bundle uses a discount threshold (Discount at Quantity or Discount at Price), the discount will only apply when the customer meets the threshold. For example, if you set “10% off when 3 or more items are added,” a customer with only 2 items will not see the discount.
Check your bundle’s discount settings in the Bundable app to verify the threshold.
2. No Discount Configured
Make sure the Use Discount option is enabled on your bundle. If it’s not checked, no discount will be applied regardless of pricing.
3. Fixed or Base Price Mode
If your bundle uses Fixed Price or Base Price mode instead of a discount, the pricing works differently — the customer pays either the flat price or the base price, not a discounted amount. Check which pricing mode your bundle is set to.
4. Shopify Discount Codes
Bundable discounts are applied at the product/variant level, not as Shopify discount codes. If you are expecting to see a Shopify discount code applied at checkout, note that Bundable handles discounts differently — the discount is baked into the variant price that gets added to cart.
