How to View Your Order Lookup Analytics

Trackable provides insights into how your customers are using the order tracking feature. This guide will show you how to access and understand your order lookup analytics.

Accessing Your Analytics

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin
  2. Click on Apps in the left sidebar
  3. Find and click on Trackable in your list of installed apps
  4. Once the app loads, you'll be taken to the main dashboard which includes your analytics

Understanding Your Analytics Dashboard

The analytics section of your Trackable dashboard provides valuable information about how customers are using your order tracking page:

Total Lookups

At the top of the analytics card, you'll see a badge showing the total number of lookups in the last 30 days. This gives you a quick overview of how frequently customers are checking their order status.

Daily Lookup Trends

Below the total count, you'll find a visual chart showing lookups over the past 7 days. This bar chart displays:

  • The number of order lookups for each day
  • Date labels for each day (e.g., "Mar 15")
  • Visual representation of lookup volume

You can hover over each bar in the chart to see the exact number of lookups for that specific day.

Interpreting Your Analytics Data

Your order lookup analytics can provide several valuable insights:

Customer Engagement

High lookup numbers generally indicate that: - Customers are engaged with your post-purchase experience - Your order tracking page is easily accessible - Customers want to stay informed about their orders

Customer Service Impact

If you notice a reduction in customer service inquiries about order status after implementing Trackable, this suggests the self-service tracking page is successfully deflecting these inquiries.

Peak Days

Identifying days with higher lookup volumes can help you: - Understand customer behavior patterns - Plan customer service staffing - Recognize potential shipping or delivery patterns

Monitoring Usage Limits

Your analytics dashboard also helps you monitor your usage against your current plan:

Free Plan Limits

If you're on the FREE plan: - You have 100 free order lookups per month - The dashboard will show a warning banner when you're approaching this limit (around 80 lookups) - Once you exceed 100 lookups, you'll see a notification about upgrading to the PRO plan

PRO Plan

If you're on the PRO plan: - You have unlimited order lookups - You'll still be able to view all analytics data without any usage warnings

Exporting Analytics Data

Currently, Trackable doesn't offer a direct export feature for analytics data. If you need detailed analytics reports:

  1. Take screenshots of your dashboard for your records
  2. Contact support at support@soviapps.com if you need more detailed data for a specific time period

Using Analytics to Improve Customer Experience

Here are some ways to use your lookup analytics to enhance your store:

  1. High Lookup Volume: If you see many customers checking their orders, consider adding more detailed shipping information on your tracking page or in order confirmation emails.
  2. Low Lookup Volume: If few customers are using the tracking page, you might want to:
  • Make the tracking page more prominent on your site
  • Include a direct link to the tracking page in your order confirmation emails
  • Add information about the tracking feature to your FAQ page
  1. Consistent Patterns: If you notice customers typically check orders on specific days (like Mondays), you might want to schedule shipping updates or customer service resources accordingly.

Troubleshooting

If your analytics aren't displaying correctly:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed
  3. Check that you haven't disabled any tracking features
  4. Contact support if problems persist

Remember that your order lookup data provides valuable insights into your customers' post-purchase behavior and can help you optimize your fulfillment and customer service strategies.
