Getting Started

Welcome to Trackable by Sovi Apps! This guide will walk you through setting up and using our order tracking app for your Shopify store.

What is Trackable?

Trackable is a simple yet powerful app that lets your customers look up their orders and see at which stage their order is in. With Trackable, you can:

• Provide a dedicated order tracking page for your customers
• Reduce customer service inquiries about order status
• Customize the page title and messaging to match your brand
• Track analytics on how customers are using the tracking feature

Installation

1. Install the Trackable app from the Shopify App Store
2. When you first install the app, you'll be taken to the homepage where you can adjust settings and generate your "Track Your Order" page
3. The app will automatically create a page in your Shopify store under "Online Store > Pages"

Setting Up Your Tracking Page

Customizing Page Content

1. Adjust Page Settings: From the app's main dashboard, you can:
   1. Change the page title (default is "Track Your Order")
   2. Customize the additional text shown to customers
   3. View analytics of page usage
2. Save Changes: Click the "Save" button to generate or update your tracking page
3. Accessing Your Page: Your tracking page will be available at:
   1. https://your-store.myshopify.com/pages/track-your-order
   2. You can also customize this page further in your Shopify admin under "Online Store > Pages"

How It Works

1. Customers visit your tracking page
2. They enter either:
   1. Their email address + order number, or
   2. Their phone number + order number
3. The order number is always required, but they only need either email or phone
4. When they click "Track Order," they'll be taken to a page showing:
   1. A summary of their order
   2. Current order status
   3. Tracking information (if you're using Shopify-supported carriers)

Usage Analytics

The app dashboard shows you valuable analytics about how customers are using your tracking page:

• Total number of lookups in the last 30 days
• Daily lookup trends for the past 7 days
• Visual chart of customer engagement

Subscription Plans

Trackable offers two subscription plans:

1. FREE Plan:
   1. 100 free order lookups per month
   2. All core tracking features
   3. Basic analytics
2. PRO Plan ($9.99/month):
   1. Unlimited order lookups
   2. All features of the FREE plan
   3. Usage is automatically charged once you exceed the free tier

Customizing Your Page Further

If you want to make additional modifications to your tracking page:

1. Go to your Shopify admin
2. Navigate to "Online Store > Pages"
3. Find your "Track Your Order" page
4. Use the page editor to:
   1. Change the header
   2. Add additional content
   3. Modify the appearance using HTML if needed
