Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. - Shopify Store Information: When you install our app, we receive access to your Shopify store ID, domain, plan, and other basic store information through the Shopify API.
- Billing Information: When you purchase our Services, your payment information is processed by Shopify's billing system. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card details.
- Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.

Our app retrieves publicly available review data from third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot) based on the business IDs you provide. This includes:

- Reviewer names
- Review dates
- Star ratings
- Reviewer profile pictures (as URLs only)
- Associated metadata
We collect this information only for businesses you specifically configure in our app. We do not retrieve reviews for any business without your explicit direction.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services;
- Process transactions and send related information including confirmations, invoices, and receipts;
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests, and provide customer service;

Third-Party Platforms
Our Services connect with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot) to retrieve reviews. We do not share your merchant information with these platforms beyond what is necessary to authenticate API requests. When you provide us with business IDs for these platforms, you are directing us to retrieve publicly available review data from these sources.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems or your information.
Your Rights and Choices
